Article 1 — Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of watches made by VAREK via the varek-watches.com website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

Article 2 — Products VAREK watches are hand-assembled to order. The visuals presented on the website are faithful representations of the final product. Slight variations may exist between the visual and the actual product.

Article 3 — Prices Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. VAREK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price invoiced is that in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order As each watch is made to order, the manufacturing and delivery time is 3 to 5 weeks from the order confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment.

Article 5 — Payment Payment is due in full upon order. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments.

Article 6 — Delivery Delivery is made to the address indicated during the order. VAREK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalized products. Contact us at varek.montre@gmail.com.

Article 8 — Returns & Refunds Any return must be reported within 30 days. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unworn. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 9 — Warranty Each VAREK watch benefits from a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage related to improper use.

Article 10 — Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
